Girls Baseball at East Nepean Little League
Girls Baseball in Ottawa has grown tremendously in just a few short years — and East Nepean Little League is proud to be part of that growth.
What began as a small initiative with just a handful of teams across a few organizations has expanded into a thriving community of 45+ teams from more than 10 organizations across the region. Today, Girls Baseball continues to grow in participation, visibility, and opportunity — offering players a fun, competitive, and supportive environment to develop their skills and love of the game.
Our Program
East Nepean Little League offers Girls Baseball teams in every age category, providing a clear pathway for players to grow and develop year after year.
Our Girls Baseball program follows the same rules and gameplay as co-ed baseball, while giving players the option to play in an all-girls environment if they prefer.
The program includes:
⚾ Spring season (May–July)
⚾ Fall development program
⚾ Winter development camps
This year-round approach allows players to build skills, confidence, and friendships both on and off the field.
Tournament & Competitive Opportunities
ENLL Girls Baseball teams regularly participate in local and regional tournaments, including:
⚾ The Scott Tokessy Tournament
⚾ The first-ever Girls Baseball Provincial Tournament, held in Kingston
These experiences give players the chance to compete, represent ENLL, and be part of the growing Girls Baseball community across Ontario.
Why Girls Baseball?
Girls Baseball at ENLL is about more than just playing the game — it’s about skill development, confidence-building, teamwork, leadership, and creating a strong, inclusive community.
Whether players are new to the sport or returning season after season, Girls Baseball provides a supportive environment where everyone can grow and have fun.
We encourage our members to share this page with anyone who may know a player who would be interested in participating in this program.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Girls Baseball Coordinator, Tara Siebarth.
