Orders will be accepted from May 23rd to 30th at 6pm. There is no Pre-Order this year as a update to the software has delete that part. We will have you pick your photo this year for the orders. This is so that we can place the orders with the printer, allow time for shipping and delivery to the association before the end of the season. All orders made after May 28th will be subject to a late fee and parents are responsible to picking up photos from Hanlon Photography at our convenience.

All photos will be taken at Eagles Nest, on the paving stones between the two dimaonds at the Big white tent 700 Longfields Dr, Ottawa, ON K2J 6B7. The photos will be taken even if it rains as we will be working inside the tents.

We will once again be taking team photos as a group. Please ensure that you arrive as a team at your scheduled time.  Teams scheduled for Photographer 1 will have their team photo first then their individual photos.  Teams for Photographer2 will start with individual photos then move on to their team photo.

Parents, please ensure that you know your child's team name so you can arrive at the correct time.  If you do not please confirm with your team coach. Photographers do not have access to team lists on photo day.

Coaches, please let our staff know that you have all players so we can get to the photos right away. We will not add players into the team photos during the editing process.

Due to limited space, we ask teams to arrive in advance of their scheduled time slot and leave the area after their photos are complete. Each team will go directly to their photographer area at the schedule time as outlined.

We ask that all team member show up to have their photo taken even if they are not ordering. We produce a ENLL yearbook for the league and would like to ensure every team photo shows the complete team this year.

Players are asked to bring their own ball, glove and bat for the photos, as these items will not be provide on site. If they do not have the items we will still take the individual photo without.
