Volunteers Needed

East Nepean is always looking for new individuals to join our team of volunteers.

Currently for 2025, we have several Board of Directors positions open:

Equipment Director:

East Nepean is looking for an Equipment Director. The Equipment Director is responsible for ensuring that all teams have the proper equipment for the season - bats, catching equipment, baseballs etc. This role is pivotal to the success of a teams season. The Director is responsible for preparing team equipment bags at the beginning of a season and then collecting them back at the end of each season. If issues with damaged equipment arises in the season, the Director will work with a Coach to ensure the damaged equipment is replaced.

Time commitment for this position is higher at the start and end of a season, with during the season being lower time requirement. East Nepean runs a spring and summer season.

Other Board of Director openings

In addition to our Divisional Directors, the ENLL Board of Directors is made up of additional positions that are fundamental to game play. Below are current openings for 2025:

This includes, planning and timing of tournaments (including field allocation, umpires, scheduling, organizing medals, trophies etc. The position works closely with Divisional Directors of the age group of the tournament and the Registrar.

Time commitment varies from year-to-year dependent on the number of tournaments hosted by ENLL
